#14 - Megalopolis!

I'm really behind on my posts! I'm trying to get my music class business up and running again and things have started getting neglected in other areas. I had the idea that I will do shorter long posts for a few weeks to catch myself back up. So, for the next 2, 3, 4? posts, I will just give you a picture and a sentence for each question.

This wish is courtesy of an old HD documentary I saw some years back called "Brazil Revealed". It profiled some interesting, but average, people doing various jobs all over Brazil. One was a young woman helicopter pilot in Sao Paulo. She said that the city is so huge, so dense, and has such bad traffic that most businessmen use helicopters to get from building to building. Wow! So, I figured it would be a pretty cool destination for a trip. Don't think I could live there, though.

Megalopolis!

Wishful Vacation #14
Sao Paulo, Brazil

Why I imagine I would go to Sao Paulo:

The downtown area is totally amazingly full of buildings. I think it would have to be seen to be believed.

Where I imagine I might stay in Sao Paulo:

A suite at the Emiliano Hotel. It has great reviews and beautiful rooms.

What I imagine I would eat in Sao Paulo:

Authentic Brazilian food, like fejioada or moqueca, at an upscale authentic restaurant like Dalva e Dito. Maybe I'd have a nice caipirinha to wash it down!

What I imagine I would do as a fun activity in Sao Paulo:

I would take a walk down Avenida Paulista, one of the busiest streets. One woman on TripAdvisor said, "This is the Heart of Sao Paulo Business Industry ... you must walk around here in order to fell what Sao Paulo means. You can not leave our citi without meeting this place.." So I think I will meet it.

I gotta travel fast if I'm going to get back on track! Where should I go?

Happy travels!

xoxo - Erika
